1. Return Window & Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original packaging and order details safe for the return process.

You may send the item back using a reliable courier service or registered post.

Once received, the product will be inspected. After approval, your refund process will begin.

2. Refund Timeline

Returned parcels usually reach us within 5–7 working days, although delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 working days from the date the return request is made. The refund will be sent to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping charges will be deducted.

3. Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Product must be returned in original packaging
• Invoice or order confirmation copy must be included
• Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery

These conditions help us confirm the product is in proper resale condition.

4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at delivery, please refuse the parcel and inform the delivery partner immediately.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

• Custom or personalized orders
• Surprise or mystery products
• Items purchased during special promotions or discount sales

6. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at contact@pothitees.in with your order details and clear information about the issue. Our team will review and assist you.

7. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back to us.

8. Order Cancellation & Refund

Refunds for eligible cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Please note: Order cancellations are not available once placed.
